I really loved playing Sinfonia at the end with the whole OMS orchestra. The sound was so much bigger than it was when we played it in class. It was more fun to play in a large group.
Lisa, Lizzy, Greta, Dani
The hardest song was Fughetta in G. Everyone hit all the notes and did a great job with the rhythm. On Sinfonia the 7th graders weren’t as strong with the dynamics so the 8th graders had to step in with dramatic dynamics!!! J
Danielle R., Claire, Tess, Emily
We did a pretty good job on the Blacksmith but we could have made the notes sound better at the beginning, as well as being together at the end of the piece. We love Mrs. Buehl cause she is awesome!
Amber, Zack, Ethan, Cordel, Amanda, Emily J, Taylor
We thought it was a very good performance of Fughetta in G. We did well on the 16th notes and didn’t mess up too much. The basses were okay (says Cordel).
